→ From concept to reality: A clear 6-step process

01. Project Analysis

It all begins with a detailed project analysis. During this preliminary phase, we review your assets (visuals, Tech Packs, mood boards). If necessary, we can create design mockups based on your vision and brand guidelines.

We assess technical feasibility and provide expert advice on every detail: fabric selection, pattern making, stitching styles, branding techniques (embroidery, printing), trims (labels, drawstrings, eyelets, buttons, zippers), finishes, and packaging. Our goal is to optimize your project to ensure it is perfectly streamlined for industrial production.

02. Quotation

Once your project’s technical and aesthetic specifications are clarified, we provide a precise and firm quotation. Our pricing is final, with no hidden costs, and comprehensively covers all production variables: from raw materials (fabrics and trims) and branding (setup fees included) to final assembly and packaging. Shipping costs can be included in the unit price or listed separately, depending on your preference.

As we offer volume discounts, our price proposals can be presented in quantity tiers. Our Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) per design are as follows:

  • Stock fabrics & colors: Starting from 100 pieces.

  • Pantone colors (custom dyeing): Starting from 300 pieces.

  • Very specific fabrics: Subject to variable minimums.

03. Sampling

This is the pivotal step that brings your project to life. Before launching mass production, we create a first sample—a prototype allowing you to physically see and feel every aspect of the garment (pattern, fabric, branding, trims). This piece is shipped to you for fitting and approval. You can request modifications and adjustments on any aspect of the garment, which will be applied to the final production.

→ Lead time: 1 to 2 weeks

04. Bulk production

Upon validation of the prototype, the industrial process is launched. This phase encompasses several synchronized operations:

  • Sourcing: Production and receipt of fabrics and trims.

  • Cutting: Fabric cutting according to graded patterns.

  • Branding: Printing or embroidering directly on the cut panels.

  • Assembly: Assembling the garments in our skilled workshops.

  • Finishing & Packing: Trimming excess threads, ironing, folding, and packing in individual polybags prior to final quality check

→ Total lead time: 4 weeks for stock fabrics / 6-8 weeks for special produced fabrics

05. Quality Control & Inspection

Quality is not optional; it is a systematic requirement. That is why, during the final packaging stage, the entire production undergoes a rigorous inspection. This quality control is essential to verify the absolute compliance of every piece with the validated Tech Pack and sample. Our checks specifically cover print and embroidery quality, measurement accuracy across all sizes (grading), and overall construction.

06. Shipping & Logistics

Finally, as soon as your garments are ready, we proceed with shipment. Depending on your deadline and budget constraints, we organize transport via two main modes:

  • Road Freight: The standard, cost-effective, and reliable solution with an average lead time of 2 weeks to Europe.
  • Air Freight: The express option for urgent needs, guaranteeing delivery within approximately 3 days.

We handle logistics tracking up to final delivery at your warehouses, ensuring a smooth receipt of your goods (DAP Incoterm). If preferred, we can also manage import customs formalities (DDP). Alternatively, if you prefer to use your own carrier, we make the goods available for direct pickup from Turkey (FCA).

→ Lead times: 2 weeks by truck / 3 days by air
