Oeko-Tex Certified
All our fabrics are Oeko-Tex certified, guaranteeing that every material used is free from substances harmful to the body and the environment. This certification ensures total transparency and strict compliance with European REACH regulations.
Organic Cotton & Recycled Polyester → MOQ: 300 pcs
For committed brands and companies looking to place sustainability at the core of their identity, we offer eco-friendly materials. As these fabrics require custom production, the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies: 300 pieces per design.
Our Certified Materials
Organic Cotton (GOTS Certified): Fabrics made from cotton grown without pesticides or harmful chemicals. The GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification is the industry’s highest standard: it guarantees not only the organic origin of the fibers but also ensures that the entire processing chain complies with rigorous environmental criteria.
Recycled Polyester (GRS Certified): For your sportswear, outerwear, or blends, we can integrate GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified polyester. This label validates the recycled content of our fabrics, derived from post-consumer materials (such as plastic bottles), while verifying social and environmental practices throughout the production chain. It is the ideal solution to reduce the carbon footprint of your synthetic collections without compromising on performance.
Custom Fabrics & Colors → MOQ: 300 pcs
For projects with specific aesthetic or technical requirements, we offer a made-to-order fabric manufacturing service. Starting from adapted production volumes—generally from 300 pieces (sometimes higher for highly technical fabrics)—we launch specific knitting/weaving and dyeing runs for your project.
Color
We perform custom dyeing to precisely match the fabric color to your Pantone reference or physical exemple. The shade is validated via a “lab dip” test during the sampling phase. This guarantees perfect consistency with your brand identity.
Composition, Weight & Construction
We adjust the fabric composition and weight (GSM) to achieve the desired aesthetic, handfeel, drape, technical performance, and target cost. We also manufacture fabrics where the construction (knit or weave structure) specifically meets your Tech Pack requirements.
Garment Dyeing & Special Washes
We master industrial wash techniques and post-assembly treatments. These processes allow us to modify the aspect, softness, and style of the fabric:
- Garment Dye: The garment is dyed after assembly, providing an authentic look and subtle shading at the seams.
- Enzyme Wash & Silicon Wash: For an ultra-soft “peach skin” touch and a smooth surface.
- Stone Wash: For an aged, vintage, and patinated effect (typical of denim or rock-style tees).
- Acid Wash / Snow Wash: For high-contrast, marbled fading effects.
