Woven labels
The woven label is the central branding element of a garment, offering a premium and durable finish that far surpasses printed labels. We manage a wide range of types and finishes: from the classic flat label (often sewn inside the neck for the main brand) to the discreet loop fold label (folded in two and inserted into a side seam or hem). We also produce woven patches that can be sewn on or finished with an embroidered edge (bourdon stitch); they allow for detail definition and lettering fineness significantly superior to direct embroidery.
Customization is at the heart of the process: the choice of colors is vast, based on dyed threads that we can match to Pantone references. Sizes and shapes are fully made-to-measure, adapting to all strategic placements (neck, hem, cuff, or on the exterior as a decorative patch). We systematically prioritize “High Definition” weaving to guarantee a perfect and sharp rendering of your logo.
Silicone labels
Silicone labels represent a modern and high-end branding solution, particularly prized for sportswear, technical clothing, or sleek designs. Thanks to their “soft touch” feel, superior flexibility, and excellent durability, they offer a technical alternative to traditional patches. They can be sewn onto the garment or heat-sealed directly onto the fabric. Customization is limitless: silicone can be molded to create 3D raised logos with great detail, and the color choices are endless.
Branded tapes
Woven or printed tapes are finishing elements that serve both the garment’s structure and its branding. The most common use is the neck tape, a narrow strip applied inside the collar. Its primary role is to hide the main seam, offering superior comfort (preventing chafing) and reinforcing the collar structure to prevent deformation.
The woven tape also becomes a powerful design tool when used visibly—for example, as wider stripes on hoodie sleeves, down the legs of track pants, or along a hood’s edge. Jacquard weaving allows us to integrate your logo or a repeating pattern directly into the structure of the tape itself for durable, premium branding.
