Ribs
Rib is not merely an elastic finish designed to hold cuffs or hems in place; it is a stylistic playground. Since we knit ribs on demand, there are no limits to creativity:
Structure & Color: You select the density (fine 1×1 Rib or thicker 2×2 Rib) and the exact color. We can create a bold contrast (e.g., a navy sweatshirt with ecru ribs) or a perfect tonal match.
Stripes: We can integrate one or several contrasting stripes directly into the knitting of the collar and cuffs.
Jacquard: For an exclusive signature, we have the capability to weave your brand name or a repeating pattern directly into the rib knit structure.
Neck Tapes
The neck tape is the strip sewn inside the neckline to conceal the assembly seam and prevent irritation. While subtle, it is an unmistakable marker of quality. Instead of using a standard strip in self-fabric, we allow you to transform it into a design detail:
Color Contrast: Use a vibrant color (e.g., neon orange, red, or your Pantone color) to highlight the neckline.
Material Contrast: Opt for velvet for a luxury touch, satin for a feminine feel, or a herringbone (twill) tape for a robust, authentic look.
Customization: We can also use a woven jacquard or printed tape featuring your logo repeating along the neckline.
Hood Linings
On hoodies, the hood lining radically changes the drape and aesthetic of the garment. It adds weight, a distinctive detail, and a premium finish. We allow you to play with the duality of materials:
Color Interplay: The hoodie exterior is one color, while the inside of the hood reveals a contrasting shade, creating a strong visual dynamic.
Texture Interplay: We can line a hood classically with self-fabric (fleece) or jersey, or opt for textured materials like Waffle (honeycomb), Mesh for a sportswear look, or even Faux Fur (Sherpa) for winter collections.
All-Over Print: We can print a continuous pattern on the interior fabric—whether it’s your repeating monogram, a camouflage pattern, or a complex illustration. It is the perfect finish to energize a sober outerwear piece with a bold, hidden graphic detail.
