What are your Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) ?
Our minimums are 100 pieces for fabrics and colors currently available in stock. For custom fabric production (Pantone colors, specific weaving, etc.), the minimum is generally 300 pieces.
What are your lead times?
Sampling: 7-10 days
Production: 4 weeks for stock fabrics / 6-8 weeks for special produced fabrics
Shipping: 2 weeks by truck (Road) / 3 days by plane (Air)
Will I receive a sample before mass production begins?
Yes, a sample is always produced for validation before production begins. This sample can be modified based on your feedback.
Do you have a price list or a catalog?
No, as we manufacture on a made-to-order basis, we do not hold stock. Therefore, we do not have a catalog or a fixed price list.
Where are the garments manufactured?

Do you hold any certifications?
Our factory undergoes annual SMETA (Sedex) social audits, guaranteeing full transparency regarding our commitment to fair working conditions and labor rights. Furthermore, we are fully prepared to undergo any specific audit of your choice, should your internal procedures require it.
The materials used—including dyeing inks, printing inks, and embroidery threads—are Oeko-Tex certified to ensure strict compliance with European REACH regulations. Finally, upon request, we offer production using GOTS-certified organic cotton or GRS-certified recycled polyester.
